Shipping & Returns
Return of the product is only applicable if the product is unused, without any damage, and in proper packaging as received within 2 weeks of purchase. Invoice and purchase details must be enclosed with the product for return eligibility.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com. Send us the details of your purchase as well.
· We take about 1-2 days to ship your orders. In case you have ordered an imported product which is available only on order, we take about 6 weeks to ship your order.
· Please note, that in case of any unfortunate events there can be a slight delay in delivery. Though, we try our best to have your order delivered to you in time. In rare cases when a product you've selected is not available, our Customer Care team will get in touch with you to help select an alternate option. If you're not happy with the alternate product, we will refund your money back.
· We shall keep you updated with status of your order via email and SMS -- both when it's placed, and when it's shipped out.
